Position Purpose

To develop and create customer, sales and load growth by understanding customer characteristics & ways of working so that customer needs can be facilitated.

 

Responsibilities

  • Have an understanding of the characteristics and habits of the account under his responsibility             
  • Evaluate customer development and the effectiveness of the treatment given periodically             
  • Analyze and propose treatment to be given to each account             
  • Provide end-to-end customer service and maximize the effectiveness of the system used             
  • Responsible for achieving the specified volume target         

Requirements

  • At least S1 graduate
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Experience in related field is preferred)
  • Have good interpersonal communication skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Have good time management skills
  • Willing to be placed in Perak, Surabaya
