ACCOUNT OFFICER

Job Purpose

Serve and build relationships with customers to achieve the development and growth of sales and cargo

 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer service satisfaction
• Responsible for achieving the sales target of each POD
• Responsible for container release and validity of load documentation
• Responsible for end-to-end fulfillment of customer requests, referring to valid agreements & information

Requirements

• Have a Bachelor's degree (Strata 1) from a reputable university
• At least 22 years old
• Have good communication and negotiation skills
• Have an interest in building relationships with others
• Work location: Perak, Surabaya
