We don’t provide insurance for the cargo, but we can give you refrence if you don’t have any access to insurance broker / company.

We don’t provide Reefer container, we only provide plugging on board.

Yes we can, for over dimension cargo, we can use flatrack if its possible or we can load the cargo as loose cargo with extra lashing on board.

Yes we do, additional charge will be charged accordingly.

Original bill of lading only issued when the shipment has been paid for cash on B/L customer or there's no overdue invoice  for customer with credit terms.

Consignee as stated in the Bill of lading or authorized (proof of Power of Attorney is mandatory) bring the original Bill of Lading to our local office to exchange with Delivery Order (DO)

Internal Dimensions for 40ft are 11.8m long x 2.3m wide x 2.3m high and useable capacity of 67.7 cubic meter.

Internal Dimensions for 20ft are 5.8m long x 2.3m wide x 2.3m high and useable capacity of 32.6 cubic meter.

Free time for Demmurage & Detention are 5 days each.

Open Stack = it’s the time when Terminal ready to receive your Laden Container ready to be stack.

Closing document = it’s the maximum time limit for you to submit all related documents needed for your shipment

Closing Gate in = it’s the maximum time limit when the terminal can receive your laden container.

After your stripping process complete, please return the empty container to the container depo specified in the delivery order (DO)

Sealed laden container have to be drop-off in stack area of appointed terminal ready to be load. Terminal can change without prior notice.

You can pick up your empty booked container in the container depo specified in your Pre-Container Pass (Pre-CP). This location is determined by stock availability of the container.

Book a shipment online for greater convenience. Simply enter your booking details to get suggested shipping schedule – if you like what you see, you can place the booking online by clicking "Create Booking" button. Log in is required to make a booking, if you don't have an account with us, you can sign up by simply clicking at "Register" button.

Remember to double-check your booking details. If these are incorrect, we will not be able to process your shipment correctly.

You can find the current or most recent location of your container by entering your container number or BoL Number from kliktemas.com under tracking menu. Log in is required to track your container location.

 At the “Schedules” page of Kliktemas.com you can input your port of loading and port of discharge and your desired estimated time of departure.
when your done with your input, click on the "Search" Button and it will provide you with all sailings schedules between the selected POL and POD.
Schedules are available for the upcoming weeks

Proforma Shipping Instruction can be created online through kliktemas.com under menu "SI Awal" and can be amend before the ship departure under menu "SI". If you choose not to make any changes on your proforma Shipping instruction, we will take your proforma Shipping Instruction as your final shipping instruction
