Evaluate, analyze, and develop the effectiveness and efficiency of branch operational processes to ensure the branch's long-term sustainability.

• Ensuring branches run smoothly and efficiently
• Optimizing branch profit and potential revenue
• Deliver insight for evaluating the company’s business achievements in branches
• Ensure that the applicable branch operational SOPs are always updated

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Fresh graduates or experienced are welcome to apply
• Min 21 years old
• Willing to be placed at all Mentari Mas Multimoda branches (Nusa Tenggara, Maluku, Sulawesi rotation)
