OPERATION STAFF
Position Purpose
To ensure that operational activities are carried out and documented properly and to ensure that all branch expenditures are appropriate and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all expenses are available for branch operations
- Ensure that all bills to be paid have been verified in accordance with operational activity reports
- Ensure timely arrival and departure of vessels
- Ensure all documentation and operational activity reports are accurately recorded
- Ensure customers receive prompt and responsive service
Requirements
- At least S1 graduate from reputable university
- Minimum 1 year experience / Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- At least 22 years old
- Have good interpersonal communication skills
- Able to establish and maintain good relationships with external parties
- Work location: Perak, Surabaya
