BACK-END OPERATION STAFF

 

Position Purpose

To ensure that operational activities are carried out and documented properly and to ensure that all branch expenditures are appropriate and efficient.

 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all expenses are available for branch operations
  • Ensure that all bills to be paid have been verified in accordance with operational activity reports
  • Ensure timely arrival and departure of vessels
  • Ensure all documentation and operational activity reports are accurately recorded
  • Ensure customers receive prompt and responsive service

Requirements

  • At least S1 graduate from reputable university
  • Minimum 1 year experience / Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • At least 22 years old
  • Have good interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to establish and maintain good relationships with external parties
  • Work location: Perak, Surabaya
