Mentari Mas Multimoda (MMM) berdiri pada tanggal 3 Mei 2019, merupakan anak usaha dari PT Temas Shipping, yang merupakan bagian dari PT Temas Tbk. MMM berfokus pada pengembangan dan modernisasi pelabuhan - pelabuhan di Indonesia yang masih menggunakan metode konvensional dalam hal pengiriman barang melalui angkutan laut. Melihat potensi di Indonesia bagian timur khususnya pelabuhan-pelabuhan perintis untuk daerah Tingkat II (Kabupaten), maka MMM memperkuat posisinya di Indonesia bagian timur. Titik awal pelayaran berasal dari kota Surabaya yang merupakan pintu gerbang perdagangan untuk area Indonesia bagian timur dengan tujuan pelabuhan - pelabuhan yang berada di pulau Sulawesi, Maluku, dan Nusa Tenggara.
